Ethics Overview

The University has developed the following resources to guide ethical decision making and foster a workplace culture that reflects Western’s values of integrity and accountability. There is not always a clear answer to many ethical questions and the answer may not always be cited in law or in policy.

Ethics Training

Employees and students can enroll in the University's online Ethics Training. To receive credit, the quizzes must be completed. The course content was developed by the State Ethics Board.
